Unfortunately, this guest violated safety policies by attempting to change their account name and failing to add an authorized driver after the trip started. As a host, I have a duty to ensure the vehicle is driven only by registered users, and these policy violations necessitated an early return. I appreciate the vehicle being returned in good condition, but adherence to safety protocols is non-negotiable
