Hi Hope,
This car has 4 brand new tires. If you get a low tire pressure light on your trip, you should check the tires for nails or other possible damage. Hosts don't control what people drive over, and rating maintenance low for this makes no sense at all. After multiple maintenance ratings below 5 Turo unlists the car.
They have a whole fleet. Pick up/drop was easy. Great instructions, great communication. I had no issue with the car.
