I was very disappointed in this trip. Ive used Turo for about a year and half now never had issues. I took this car to Georgia by myself with my small children, the vehicle stopped twice on me in the middle of a 3 lane interstate and on the way back a 4 lanes interstate. As a mother by herself I had to think fast. I reached out first about it told nothing was wrong I believed it went on and just kinda left it alone on my trip till I was coming back home.
Multi lights came on when this happened and I made the host aware, I was asked about taking a picture. Yeah cause a mother with two small children is really just gonna take a picture I was more worried about my children as I had to hurry and get off the road before almost getting hit both times. There was no apology the second time I reached out after I had calmed down after it happened and I made it home safely, there was nothing about an issue in the description, and I was told nothings wrong. When I reached out the second time I included a picture when I finally got a picture of something and I was talked to like I was stupid.
I would not recommend driving this car and if you use this host don’t expect any kinda of anything. I tried to be calm at first but after the rudeness and the way I spoken to I will no longer be renting from them.

We were very sympathetic. At the time ,We didn’t even know she ran the car out of fuel. We were on call continuously and she reported, no other problems. There was no second time reported. The car just completed an inspection, and has never had a reported engine issue. The car was looked over, and has completed another 800 miles this week, with no problems.
The car’s feedback speaks for itself. It’s clear she was incompetent. She’s not allowed to rent from us again.
