This is my third time renting with this host! My work and travel schedule. This summer has been incredibly chaotic and they are always accommodating the last minute. Even with needing an alternative vehicle, the host was very quick and welcoming.

The car, Quality 5 Stars ⭐️, Communication 5 Stars ⭐️, Convenience 5 Stars!!! 10/10 recommend cloud transportation to anyone in need of a vehicle that is reliable and dependable in Louisville. Sure, used cars have a few Knicks and Knox and a little wear and tear. Any rental car they rent from anywhere is going to have that if it’s been used. The card didn’t smell like smoke or chemicals and that is important to anyone sensitive to those type of things. As a Turo host myself, I highly recommend this company and we are in the same city.
