Everything was good about the car. Communicated was exceptional. However, the smell of the car was horrendous. It smelled as if someone was masking cigarette smoke.

"Hi Dalton, thank you for sharing your feedback. While I'm glad to hear the car drove well and communication was smooth, I am genuinely surprised to hear about the smell. My vehicles are thoroughly detailed and maintained to high standards, and had you reached out during your trip, I would have been more than happy to swap you into another vehicle or address the issue immediately. Safe travels!"
