It was kind of confusing finding the correct parking lot that the car was in. Once I found it everything was smooth. The host communicated back and forth with me as needed.

There where detailed instructions for pickup, and drop off. I was very responsive to your questions, and you still didn't return the car to the correct lot or tell me where the car was when you dropped it. You left me walking around in 20 degree weather in the wrong parking lot. Please use another host in the future. Thanks. 👍
