Bluetooth didn’t work, windshield wipers didn’t work

I guess I guess couldn’t figure out how to program Bluetooth. Also, the windshield wipers were perfectly fine. He was driving through essentially a tornado heading towards St. Louis. I sent him a screenshot of the storm that he was driving through. Probably shouldn’t have been driving on the road anyway.
