Good afternoon the car was very convenient for me. It gave me problems far as I could not connect my phone to the bluetooth I had tried over 2 to 3 hours it was very frustrating

Unfortunately, we can’t be held responsible for folks who can’t navigate simple Bluetooth connectivity. As far as the other feedback, I highly suggest that you look at the reviews of previous guests. As well as the guest, we have rented the same vehicle after this person. We attempted to help her as best we could via YouTube videos. For some reason, if someone has challenges with their phone, that becomes a problem of the host. Fortunately for us, we will not be renting to this guest again.
Some slight inconveniences but the owner made it right More than I expected. I'd rent with them again for sure. Very good experience
