The car was having a few malfunctions but the host accommodated me and gave me a new vehicle free of charge. The host was very nice and understanding!

I will rent from them again
Whitney was great with our 2018 Chevrolet Malibu for her 2500 mile trip. Picked up and retuned as scheduled. Welcome back anytime. - check engine light did come on during her really long trip. But no issues otherwise

Unfortunately, I had an issue with the vehicle during my trip when the battery died a few days in. I had to call roadside assistance to get it started. I contacted the host and Turo, and Turo ultimately advised me to end the trip early.
There was also a misunderstanding regarding a refueling charge, which was later resolved through Turo support.
Overall, I would recommend making sure the vehicle is fully maintained before starting a trip to avoid situations like this.
Guest call said car wouldn't start. We looked at the app that tracks the performance of the vehicle. Immediately noticed that lights were left on when he had parked the vehicle 6 1/2 hours earlier.. which obviously drains the battery. A simple jumpstart fix the issue. The guest drove the vehicle for another two hours after getting a jump. then contacted Turo and made a complaint. Disputed gas which was paid by Turo. Car inspected no issue. Not sure how it's our fault you left the light on?👎🏼
