Pick up was really easy and the car was very nice. They did call me less than 24 hours before my trip to let me know that the AC in the car had gone out. Luckily the weather had gone down some so it was t too bad. Overall, I would rent from them again :)

We apologize for the A/C system going out. This is a fluke issue and obviously we’ll get it repaired asap. Next time we’d appreciate knowing right when you found out, not at the very end of the trip and then asking for discounts after driving the full milage. Just seemed a little like trying to take advantage. We have other nice vehicles we could’ve swapped or refunded at the time of discovery.
