No assistance said just change tire after informed not knowing
Hi Amanda, I’m sorry you experienced a tire issue during your trip. As soon as you contacted me, I responded immediately and did my best to help you through everything. The vehicle has brand new tires, and unfortunately road hazards like nails can happen unexpectedly while driving. I also explained there was a spare tire available. I always try to assist my guests quickly and professionally, and I truly appreciate you booking with us.

Kevin was a great host from start to finish. The white Toyota Corolla was clean, reliable, and drove perfectly the entire trip. Communication was smooth, and the pickup/drop-off process was easy. I even extended the rental for two extra days and everything went super smoothly. Definitely recommend renting from Kevin again. Thank you so much!!!

Kevin was professional and the pickup process was straightforward. I drove the vehicle approximately 444 miles during the rental period, with the odometer increasing from 101,625 miles at pickup to 102,069 miles at return. The vehicle was returned at 09:38 am. However, checkout didn't occur until 10:59 am.
I returned the vehicle with a full tank of gas, completed an exterior wash, and vacuumed/cleaned the interior so it was returned in clean condition.
For transparency, the vehicle had active dashboard alerts during the rental period, including an SRS Airbag System Malfunction warning and a Maintenance Required/Visit Dealer alert. The vehicle also had pre-existing cosmetic scratches and scuffs that were documented at pickup.
Overall, the vehicle was returned in materially the same condition as received, aside from normal operational mileage and routine use.

The vehicle is properly maintained at all times, with regular oil changes and inspections to ensure everything runs correctly. All dashboard alerts and prior cosmetic details were disclosed before the trip and did not affect the vehicle’s performance. I got pulled over because of the tint and never got a response back. Ended up getting a ticket.
Hi Katelyn, this review omits important facts. The car was returned with no gas, excessively dirty, and with interior damage, including a broken windshield wiper control lever. There was also vandalism inside the vehicle during the trip. I take pride in maintaining my cars and providing a great experience, but this review does not reflect the full situation or the condition in which the vehicle was returned.m
