Just had a battery issue but otherwise the owner communicated well and was flexible with an early drop off.

Thanks for the review, Corey, and for the heads-up on the early return. Our vehicles are inspected several times a year and this one’s battery had tested fine, but a battery can drop off without much warning. As soon as the low-voltage notification came through we reached out; it went flat about thirty minutes later. Worth noting for future guests: the headlights on this Jetta are manual, not automatic, so they need to be switched off at the end of a drive. Appreciate you renting with us.
Host made everything so easy! Great communication easy pick up! Clean inside and out car runs great ! Made our trip so easy and comfortable! I would absolutely book with host again!
