The host was friendly and easy to work with, but the vehicle had several maintenance-related issues. The tires appeared to be out of balance, causing noticeable vibration at speeds above 50 MPH and making highway driving feel somewhat unsafe. Additionally, one of the rear seat belt latches was broken, which created a safety concern since that seat could not be used properly. Thankfully, we only had three passengers and were able to adjust seating, but this could be a major inconvenience for a larger family. The speakers also seemed blown, so the audio quality for music was poor. Overall, the car did get us where we needed to go, but it could definitely benefit from some maintenance and repairs.

The host was super nice and clear with instructions. The car headlights didn’t work unless the hi-beams were turned on. There was a missing seatbelt buckle in the back. One of the rear speakers rattled quite badly so music wasn’t very listenable. However, the car was clean and zippy. I did like it.
