I was a little nervous due to the low tire pressure light on

The vehicle was delivered with no warning lights on and was fully inspected before the trip. The tire issue occurred during the rental and triggered the sensor. I’m sorry this happened and that it impacted your experience.
I always ensure my vehicles are in excellent condition at pickup.

There is a reason why Tatiana is an all start host. I was rear ended in this vehicle and it was so assuring to have Tatiana as a host - she was very responsive, communicative and most importantly she made sure everyone was ok. It was a stressful experience but she made things so much easier. She is exactly the kind of host you want in your corner when things happen. I will only book with her moving forward.

Good host, responsive, good clean car with iphone chargers and very low fuel consumption (48 MPG combined) everything went on plan, easy to pick up and drop off, highly recommended
