I returned the car around 2:30 PM , way earlier than my time was but it’s my first time i’m using Turo so wasn’t able to complete the return from app although i took a picture of return while handing over the keys to turo parking guy.

This is a 2024 Toyota Prius Prime plug in hybrid. The car itself was clean, reliable, and drove fine with no mechanical issues. However, the charging cable was not included. I specifically rented this vehicle for the plug in capability, and if the charger had not been missing or this limitation had been clearly stated in the listing, I would have chosen a standard hybrid instead. Everything else about the trip was okay, but the absence of the charger significantly reduced the value of the plug in feature of the car.
