Thanks! Car ran great. getting on the shuttle to the parking lot was a little confusing but not much they can do about it

Pick up from airport was easy following the provided directions. Car was clean and in good condition but smelled of smoke. Charging cables were not provided, which defeats the purpose of renting a plug-in hybrid. We were delayed slightly at drop-off because the gate into the garage was not working.

To clarify for future guests: the vehicle was cleaned before the trip, but a residual smoke smell can sometimes remain after odor treatment.
The charging cable is provided only by prior request and was not requested for this trip.
Garage access works only for the assigned parking facility, not neighboring garages or other entrances.
