I had a great experience renting this Toyota Corolla! The communication was incredible. They were responsive and helpful, even at 1 AM! As someone unfamiliar with LAX, I struggled a little with finding the pickup location and it took me about an hour, but that was more about me not knowing the area. They provided detailed instructions, and once I figured everything out, it was easy. The car itself was great and incredibly gas efficient, which was a huge plus driving around California. Overall, a wonderful experience with excellent customer service. I would absolutely rent from them again and highly recommend them!
