This is completely false and misleading. You rented this vehicle for 19 days, extending the reservation daily, and not once during that entire period did you report any issue with the vehicle. The only recurring issue was that several of your extensions were submitted late, which I was consistently lenient about. Ultimately, you missed the 24h extension window entirely and returned the vehicle more than 48 hours late without payment. The facts and trip history speak for themselves.
The communication was great! The location was convenient for my need. The car was adequate. I would definitely book again.

It feels like there’s an issue with the transmission, it felt like it struggle changing gears. When you took off from a light or stop sign it would reach very high rpm and you would have to let go of the gas petal for it to change from first gear to second.

I liked the car for the most part. Although the car has a noise in the drivers seat when you accelerate and you hear a squeak after awhile but overall it’s a smooth car to drive.
