The car quality was great, the pickup situation was not ideal but it did its job.
Thank you for your review. While I understand the check-in process felt difficult, the instructions provided are the same ones successfully used by other guests. In this case, it appeared that a limited amount of time before the reservation start may have added some pressure to the experience. My goal is always to make check-in as smooth as possible, and I’m happy to assist guests whenever questions arise. Thank you for choosing my vehicle.

Drive was fine. The engine sounded funny. The funny sound went away. Then, the car drove smooth. Needs to be vacuum. Instructions were clear and direct. No delays on getting to the car.
