The rental process was convenient, especially since I needed a car after being involved in a car accident after hours for an insurance rental. The Toyota Corolla was reliable and fuel efficient. The host was friendly and communicative throughout the trip, and everything went smoothly until after I returned the vehicle.
I returned the car with the gas level above Full. I had photos documenting the fuel level, odometer, and mileage, and I was still incorrectly charged for fuel. Even after I contacted the host and provided the photos, the charge wasn’t removed. Thankfully, Turo customer support reviewed the evidence and resolved the issue quickly.
I appreciate Turo customer support, but it was frustrating to deal with a false fuel charge after already having a stressful day due to my accident. I recommend taking detailed photos before and after every trip, just in case. The reliability of the car saved this review.
