The car was really pleasant to drive and good condition overall. Pick up was OK that could’ve been better. We lost two hours because there was a screw in the tire and it was flat.

Hello Hadrien The screw in the tire was not there at pick up sir. However you were reimbursed for it. We helped you find a shop and worked with you throughout and gave you extra time to return the car to make up for the time. Im sorry if all of this was not enough.
