Pick up and drop off was super simple, car was clean, and host was very nice and accommodating. Only note is that the car kind of smelled like smoke or something similar when I picked it up.
Thank you for your feedback! I’m really sorry about the smell you noticed. We’ve done multiple odor treatments, but unfortunately, smoke smell can be tough to remove completely. We’ll continue treating it to make sure it’s as fresh as possible for future guests. I appreciate you bringing it to my attention!

Car was as expected. Only downfall is that the battery dies quickly when the air is on. But other than that all was good and the hosts were easy to communicate with.
Thank you for your feedback. Yes it is normal the battery can drop faster when A/C or heat is on since it uses extra energy. To minimize this drain, try Scheduled Departure to precondition the car, driving in Chill Mode or disable cabin overhead protection. Hope that helps for your next trip!
