Nik was responsive and prompt with expense invoicing (this is good, I like to close out transactions quickly). The model 3 car gets you from point A to B but is in very rough shape. Tires need replacing, the inside side panel fell off so getting in and out, and seat belts were a challenge for the driver, the back windshield is cracked, and lots of creaking noises when you drive.
