Charged $115 for being an hour late with zero response to my messages. I kept trying to ask if I needed to charge the vehicle for three hours and never got a reply. Car had multiple issues (broken window, service warnings, hood not closing). Very disappointing.

Car was very banged up and not clean on the inside. It also had tire additions that were very noisy.
