Hi Rachel, I understand you may have had issues but when I got the car back and updated the software, the AC worked as normal again. Heat works as well. However, I will waive all supercharging expenses incurred during your trip, apologies for any inconveniences. And I am still taking it in for a full vehicle inspection.
