The car was clean, communication was great and clear with map and instructions were to pick up. My only inconvenience was when dropping off the car, it was not to clear what time I was going to be picked up I was told 10 to 20 minutes and waited a little longer than that. So had to take an Uber to airport.

Car was very clean which I appreciated but I was disappointed that the CarPlay didn’t work. I would not have rented this car if I knew this because it was really important I could see the GPS on the screen in front of me and I specifically searched for CarPlay before I found this car because it was so important. They responded quickly and tried to troubleshoot but it was informally not possible to fix it.
