Great communication with Alexander, easy pickup and return, very easy to get to from the airport

Great car, clean, and drives well. Alexander was very communicative. The Turo app didn’t update the location of the car so I thought it was at the airport when I booked, but he graciously refunded me to cover the uber expense to and from the airport and parked location. Thank you so much for a great trip!

Host had an accident so didn’t meet for pickup. But when I had a similar emergency he refused to accommodate an early drop off
I was in a motorcycle accident am using crutches and drive. I apologize that I couldn't accommodate your emergency but I had told you that my brother wouldn't be able to check the car in until your scheduled return. I hope you and your family are safe and healthy.
