Pick up location is nice. Customer service is okay. Unfortunately, the car was pretty uncomfortable to drive. It’s a very sensitive car. I was scared when I heard the brakes screeching. I really needed the extra space but I would not ask for this vehicle again.

The brakes and rotors are actually brand new, so some light noise can happen during the normal break-in period. Safety is very important to us, and the vehicle was inspected before the trip. I do wish you had reached out during the trip so I could’ve reassured you and addressed your concerns right away.
