The host is great and very communicative. They made this process very seamless. However, I had issues with the car. The radio screen glitched the entire time and kept shutting off. And the car wouldn't hold a charge for more than 30 min. I continuously had to stop and keep recharging it. I would rent from this hot again, but I would not get this car.

Do not rent from them. First off the car charge doesn’t hold up to what it tells you on the dash! The shifter sticks! And they had the nerve to try to file a fake accident report marking it a COLLISION for a literal scratch that looks like someone carried their bag near it!! I’m a CDL driver of 20yrs I drive trucks! No accidents and you insult me like this?!Yall tried the wrong person! We will be in court soon. Not for their fake report because it’s clearly a scratch they knew about! They took pictures at 10 oclock at night and brought out a ruler because you can barely see it! Don’t risk it and rent from them! Very very bad and devious people. It’s not worth it At all. FYI Turo hasn’t contacted me again about it because they know they’re full of SH*T!
