fue la segunda vez que me decidí por LA Auto Spot. la primera vez si me costó un poco pero la segunda fue todo más sencillo. con la ayuda y explicación que ellos dan, todo se resuelve, totalmente recomendado. they are very hepfull the whole time!

Extremely disappointed with this experience. Only 30 minutes after dropping off the car, we realized we had left my wife’s makeup and headphones inside the center console. Since they were tucked away in the compartment, we didn't notice them when we rushed out to catch our flight. I contacted the host immediately to report the exact location of the items, but he simply replied that 'they weren't found.
It is impossible for items stored inside a closed console to disappear in just 30 minutes unless the host or their team took them. This shows a complete lack of honesty and professional responsibility. I would not recommend renting from someone who isn't trustworthy with forgotten belongings.
