Brittney was excellent. The pick up and drop off were super smooth. She was responsive and easy to communicate and coordinate with. The car was in excellent condition and spotlessly clean

This was by far the worst host and rental I have ever worked with on this app. I would like to start by saying I use this app almost weekly across multiple states for my business. The range that was listed was not what was available in the car. As I sat there on the phone with Turo Support, trying to cancel. There were issues with the app and they would not let me cancel. So they forced me to pay for the first day when I was only in the car for an hour on the phone with Support. The vehicle range was misrepresented and I was unable to use that car to get to my destination for a work event. I missed two days of a work event due to booking with this host. After this host agreed to shorten the trip because they were demanding that I pay for at least a day, even though I had it for less than an hour. She then did not accept the cancellation and I was charged $200 to sit in the car for an hour and realize that everything was misrepresented. I do not recommend using this host or booking any of their cars. Because the host did not cancel the trip after I returned her vehicle to her garage. She opened the gate for me and I returned the vehicle within an hour of picking it up. I was charged for over a day after that because she refused to respond. This host did not respond to me or to the company. In doing so the app was locked because it looked like I still had her car when I did not. I was unable to even rent another car while she collected my money for a car that I was unable to use. I am extremely livid and lost out on two days of work.
