Car had a check engine light come on but Arman helped handle it well and ended trip early with no issues

Car needed control arms which owner admitted, returned after 1 hour due to safety concerns. Owner was nice enough to refund me and was understanding. Unfortunate situation. Car also had many minor issues

We’re disappointed with the 3-star rating, especially considering Jack’s trip lasted approximately one hour and we accommodated his early return with a full refund. We disagree with the statement that the vehicle had “many minor issues,” as no additional issues were identified or brought to our attention. This is a well-maintained 2012 Mercedes-Benz. The concern raised during this trip has since been fully addressed, and the vehicle is ready for its next guest.
Car was clean and tidy upon collection, armen was very responsive throughout the trip, car gave a check engine light and he was keen to have it resolved the same day, didn't affect my trip yet he will still eager to compensate at the end of the trip which was very much appreciated and shows good business, would happily rent from him again and recommend to friends and family.
