So my car was supposed to be picked up at 9 my flight got delayed and I picked my car up at 12pm with 47miles gas
We had to stay and ask him if we could drop it off at 11:30 instead of 10 he ain’t answer me until 10 after reading my message explaining him what happened to me all he ask me it’s if I’m here dint even took the chance to read my emergency then when I got here at 11:15 he ain’t even let me get my stuff I smoke weed but I did not smoke in he’s car I show him I got weed but your car don’t smell nothing like weed he was trying to find anything to up charge me at the end he took a picture of a side scratch he had on he’s Benz saying I made it I started recording him asking him Wy he took a picture of that that I ain’t do that that he car was like that he ain’t know what to say then said he got the pictures home … he was trying to take off without me even taking my pictures I rent cars and I never had this issue people always work with me and give me my space to at least unload the car and get my stuff out

Car was great and it was well maintained. However communication could have been better, I reached out multiple times and didn’t receive a response, so I had to complete the return on my own. Other than that, everything else went good
