Vehicle was overdue for a service check by 9174 miles, and the registration had expired in November 2025, meaning the tags on the car were 6 months expired.
My pick-up time was 2pm and the host reached out to me requesting a later pickup time. When I got there at his requested time, I still had to wait an additional 30 minutes for him to get there.
While on my trip, the driver’s side front tire blew out while I was driving on the freeway, and I reported it to Turo and the host. The host was very aggressive with me when it was no fault of mine. I requested to end my trip early because of the tire, and the host refused even after the vehicle was brought to the drop-off location.
A purse was left behind in the vehicle and the host is refusing my request to return it to me. I am in talks with Turo’s Customer Service.
