30 minutes late. Car had mechanical problems and the host was trying to dodge it by shifting the blame to "subjectivness". Extremely unreliable.

Showing up 30 minutes early doesn’t make a host late. Claims of “mechanical problems” were never substantiated by any proof or documentation. When you expressed dissatisfaction, you were advised to end the trip early or have the vehicle inspected, but neither step was taken. Appreciate the feedback though, next time I’ll plan for early arrivals and expert-level self-diagnosed “mechanical issues.”
Sometimes stirring wheel is shaking every time you step on the brake.

Loved this!! First time using Turo and Ryan was by far the best so far, the Mazda was an eye opener and amazing car, recommended for any interstate trip
