Car broke down and Turo has been unable to tow. My entire days has been ruined and I’ve lost a lot of money because I was unable to work due to the car break down

The battery cables and grounding straps got surface rust while the car was based in Redondo Beach and that was the culprit here. We have refreshed the battery cables and re-based the car to the dry SF Valley. I’m sorry this happened to you and that Turo’s roadside service wasn’t more helpful.

Roland is a great host. Very accommodating. The pickup location at LAX is very convenient and this car is wonderful to drive (though it may take some getting used to if you don't regularly drive American land yachts!).
