Kind of annoying trying to get on a bus to the budget parking lot. My fault for not checking instructions clearly on the app and went off the host’s messages as soon as I landed, which were actually confusing. We ended up taking the wrong bus And ended up at budget rental, which is completely different from budget parking lot. Anyway, had to get a $30 uber from there to get us to the right place. Super annoying since it was super hot and traveling with many suitcases and our kids.
Anyway, finally figured it out but it was just a hassle and annoying. Otherwise the car was good and the host was trying to be accommodating and apologized that her instructions were confusing.

Very disappointing experience from start to finish. The car was repossessed on the same day my rental began, leading me to believe that both the vehicle and my personal belongings inside had been stolen. Communication with the hosts throughout the ordeal was poor, confusing and inconsistent.
To their credit, they allowed me to use the vehicle at no charge for the remaining 24 hours of my trip. I extended the rental by two hours after confirming the extension with them in advance. Despite this, they later falsely claimed that I had damaged the vehicle and stopped responding regarding my full refund.
I spent a significant amount of time during and after my trip working with Turo to resolve the situation and recover the money I was owed. The entire experience was incredibly stressful and frustrating.
What made the situation even more disappointing was that I had attempted to cancel the trip beforehand due to a family medical emergency but Anhelina showed no understanding or flexibility. Overall this experience left an extremely negative impression and seriously made me reconsider using Turo in the future.
