LOCATION IS A LIE!!!!! The address provided at the time you rent is false. The car is NOT at LAX. Also, the rear view side mirror on the passenger side was broken and had been duct taped back together. It was unusable. The car being WAY off property from LAX took over 45 minutes to retrieve. Both this company’s customer service and Turo’s were not at all helpful. I am now sitting in a sketchy parking garage waiting for a ride to the airport and am likely going to miss my flight because this has taken so long. If the car hadn’t been new, I would give the trip 1 star. I have never been this disappointed by a Turo rental.
Due to LAX regulations, Turo vehicles are not permitted to be picked up or dropped off directly at airport terminals. Unfortunately, this is an airport policy that we are unable to change.
When the trip was booked, we sent detailed pickup instructions, including the vehicle location, transportation options, and a video guide explaining how to reach the car. Guests are welcome to review this information before the trip and may cancel if the pickup arrangement does not meet their needs.
