The car was great. Pick up was expensive and frustrating however. The pick up location was too vague and further away than I anticipated. I had to walk about 1/4 mile in 100 degree heat and then still needed to call the host for more information to help me find the car.
Separately, the host had parked the car the night prior at the airport lot (even though my pick up was 1:00pm) leaving me with a $28 parking fee.

Thank you for your review. Detailed pickup instructions and photos showing the vehicle’s exact location were sent to you before the trip. All information needed to find the car was provided, but the instructions were not read carefully enough before pickup. We have used the same pickup process successfully with many other guests. Turo also allows vehicles to be parked prior to the guest’s arrival, including the day before.
