i needed this car within 30 minutes of booking and emmanuel was INCREDIBLE and ran the car through a car wash and had it available almost immediately. the car was perfect and ran great. thank you!!!

The car was in very good condition and clean at pickup. The fuel level was about three quarters, and we returned it the same way without any issue.
Communication could have been smoother. We adjusted the pickup time the day before, but didn’t receive a response right away, which caused some uncertainty before pickup. With the help of Turo customer support, everything was eventually sorted out.
There were a few small delays at the beginning, but once we received the car, the trip itself went well and we enjoyed driving it.
Thank you Norbert for booking with me and taking the time to leave a feedback. Sorry for the late response and the initial delay due to Los Angeles morning rush hour traffic which can be sometimes worse when doing deliveries.
