Horrible, seats were filthy and the car was nothing like the picture. One of the tires had a slow leak. Had to keep putting air back in it for the 4 days I rented, the front license plates was missing screws. So disappointed, I was only offered 20 percent refund after being told we couldn’t change cars!!

Unfortunately, we did not have another comparable vehicle available for replacement at that time, but we still offered and provided a 20% refund as a goodwill gesture.
