Do not rent this car; it left me stranded in the middle of the road, and I could have had an accident. I had rented it from Wednesday to Saturday, yet I couldn't drive it for even a single full day. Terrible service—not even one star for this host; they didn't even bother to respond.
Very unfortunate circumstance. However, it was determined damage occurred under the vehicle while being rented that resulted in drained transmission fluid, leaving the car inoperable. Cost thousands to repair, however, the car has returned to normal. Also very misleading saying the host didn’t respond, when the incident happened at midnight and the host was asleep as normal people are. I responded first thing in the morning and, i was given no response and had to track down my car. Lovely :)

Car looked exactly like the pics. No surprises. Car was clean inside and out. Pick up location is easy to find but parking once there was challenging. Might be easier to Uber there. Rodney was very professional and polite. The car was used for prom and pics with the car are fire!
