I had an overall positive experience with the car rental check-in and check-out process. I coincidentally met the host when I arrived at the car. He was kind and made sure I had everything I needed for a successful trip. The car was clean and matched its photo depictions. The car ride, however, was not as smooth as I would have liked. The engine has difficulty revving up past 40-50 mph—often making a loud noise until it reaches 60 mph and the engine quiets down.

Great host! This was my first trip and I was a little confused with the process but this host was really helpful and responsive to my questions. The car was great too and was exactly what I needed for my trip
