The car will not be at the airport. It will have to go offsite. The car drives a little rough, but it did the job.

Car was good and clean. Loved that the hosts have a VERY fast response time. Even if we couldn't park the car completely at the end someone came to pick up the vehicle immediately.

I rented this car for 16 hrs to be able to drive from my hotel to my grandmas funeral. Upon arrival, I was a bit confused on the location. Host was rude and sarcastic when I reached out for help. The answer for every question I had was “watch the video til the end and everything will make sense.” Which I did watch the night before, but apparently you can’t have any other clarifications or explanations from host because he will simply tell you to watch the video. Also, car had a check engine light from the moment I turned it on and every time I would put it in reverse the car would shake and make weird noises. However, since I only used it for a few hours, I wasn’t too worried. So if you’re planning to rent this car for longer time, I would think twice unless host has it checked out. The details also said car had Bluetooth and GPS, but it did not or I was not able to figure it out. All my cars at home have Bluetooth/GPS/Carplay so i thought i would be able to figure it out but im not sure because there’s no screen or anything just a regular radio. A little deceiving and annoying since we were expecting to use the gps to get around. Honestly, this was my first time using Turo and I thought it would be less of a hassle and less expensive than a rental car, but honestly I wish I would’ve just got a rental car from an agency instead. The host really left a bad taste for our experience and I hope he can realize that we are all humans and to have some grace and be kind because you never know what someone is going through. Customer service should be a minimum.

This was a fun little ride! It was easy to park in small spaces. Art was a great host, very responsive. We appreciated that the car was brought to our hotel.
