Had an issue with the 12V charging port not charging my phone initially which led to a unproductive first day but due to good communication, was able to get the car used the next day and the trip went well unlike the first day. I would say just be in connection through phone call as opposed to text message with Kristian and issues can be figured out. Great car to use tho and the issue was fixed the next day
