I will never break from you guys ever again. I had to contact you a hour and maybe 15 to 30 minutes after I got there just to see where y’all dropped the car. The owner wouldn’t return a text or call nor an email of the Auto LA auto store garbage they wouldn’t answer the phone. It took me almost 3 hours to get the car which was maybe three Block 2 miles Something away which it took me a hard time to find it because I was on foot because the shuttle bus wouldn’t take me there it’s took almost an hour and a half to figure that out you guys suck. I would never want from you again.

I was extremely disappointed to find the car reeking of cigarette smoke despite being told it had been cleaned. The odor was overwhelming and made for an unpleasant experience. I expected better transparency and follow-through on their cleaning claims.
