Great car and super fun to drive. Easy pickup and nice host. Would of extended the rental but the down side is the car is filthy. I don’t think anyone would expect the car to be delivered in the condition it was. I’d hoped to use the car to take clients to locations but still had to use Ubers because the car was not presentable.

I want to clarify that the car was fully prepared for the trip, with a thorough interior vacuum and complete cleaning inside and out, not just a quick wipe like most hosts do.
The interior has gray cloth seats, which are particularly prone to showing stains and marks even when clean. That said, I agree the seats are due for a deeper upholstery cleaning, and this is already being addressed based on your feedback.

Really great experience. Easy communication, not so bad finding chargers using the ev go app. Well maintained and clean car. The bolt is great too! What a nice car to drive! Will definitely rent again from them!
