Is a bmw sometimes sensors pop up for something simple like washing the car.

Host was prompt about drop off and pick up. He communicated well. Unfortunately there were a couple of issues with the car not caused by me that I didn’t learn about until it was too late to rent a different car. But overall had a good experience.
