I have to come get this vehicle, and swapped the pathfinder I already, driving an hour back to LA from Aneheim and then back to Aneheim, ruining the vacation day with my kid and the money that I have already paid for the park, everything because these guys didn’t want to extend the time that I needed, i have to end up getting the convertible, and it happened to be from the same guys, “LA’s BEST”, on top of that I still haven’t get my $14 credit for “parking” (which you don’t get notified you are going to get charged for in advance), they only send $4, instead of the $14. And is not really about the money, it’s about how my vacatios got ruined with my Kid, because they did t want to extend the days I needed with the previous pathfinder I got from them, more money down the drain on a second car rental that was not really needs and 2 Disney tickets down the drain too! Close to $650 wasted plus my time , and my kids vacation, which is priceless! And just today the guy called me asking for a review , and when i start talking to him about how my experience was not a positive one, he started to come out with excuses for not being on the phone call no more (the one call he initiated) because supposedly he was getting a call from a client, heck I guess i stopped being a client when the other “client” start calling, which is a lie , he just wanted to hang up because the call with me was not going the way he wanted, but the complete opposite, and he didn’t like it, suppose my he was going to call
Me back as soon as he was done with that “client” I waited and waited and still no call from them, definitely not someone I would recommend to do business with!
