Not good fake that I hit the car when I did not
All claims were submitted strictly based on the pre-trip and post-trip photos. Nothing was faked. The rim damage wasn’t present before your trip and was clearly visible in the return photos, which is why a claim was filed. I believe this review is retaliatory because you don't want to take responsibility. All the evidence is transparent and available within the trip photos. I will be escalating the claim to Turo.
