Jackie and team was so amazing. Had another car booked from different host that canceled last minute after I landed at LAX. I was definitely stressing but was thankful able to book Jackie’s car and Sebastian called me and picked me up from LAX within 30 minutes. They were a god send and the car is awesome. Will definitely be booking with Jackie again!

Car was 2 hours late but extended my time to drop off which was perfect and escorted me to the airport. aside from that no issues. Check engine light was also on and off but Rico said it was a sensor issue. Beautiful car no driving issues

Thank you for your feedback. The delay was due to not receiving your driver’s license confirmation, which is required by Turo before release. Once verified, we delivered the car and extended your return time to make up for the delay.
The check engine light was caused by the gas cap not being properly closed during your trip. Once tightened, the light turned off and there were no issues with the vehicle.
