We thoroughly clean every vehicle before each trip, and our pre-trip photos accurately reflect its condition at pickup. It’s important to keep in mind that this is a 10year old vehicle offered as an affordable short-term rental, not a new vehicle for sale. Age related cosmetic wear is expected and is factored into the rental price. Thank you
